Doctor Who: Adventures in Time and Space. In addition to what I said in the "
Favorite Game System" post, there's the dizzyingly vast world of possibilities in that setting. Want to create a whole milieu of your own? There's room for it. Want to throw together a selection of characters and settings from a catalog? There are tons and tons and tons of them. You can't lose.
